After four months, they tied the knot in an Italian wedding that was kept a secret; Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi are now speaking out about the big day.
Brown, 20, and Bongiovi, son of Jon Bon Jovi and Dorothea Hurley, posted photos of the event on their Instagram accounts on Wednesday. The two put captions to the photographs ‘Forever and Always Your Husband’ by Bongiovi and ‘Forever and Always, Your Wife’ by Brown.
She posted photographs of herself wearing a custom-made Galia Lahav gown – per People and The Cut – with a cathedral veil during and after they tied the knot. At the end of it, she’s seen blowing bubblegum in a strapless satin minidress and probably a bowtie that belongs to her new husband on the dance floor.
According to a picture posted on Instagram Stories, the newlyweds also shared their first dance in a stunning Oscar de la Renta floor-length white lace gown, which was her second reception dress, as they cut their monstrous cake amid disco balls.
Jake Bongiovi tagged Tom Ford in a post, where he is dressed in an ivory suit jacket, black bowtie, and black dress pants. But in one of the shots, he tries to imitate his dad Bon Jovi who is, of course, rocking the same looks and style.
Fans of “Stranger Things” will also recognize Matthew Modine, who played the role of Brown’s father onscreen; he can also be seen officiating the ceremony.
